        Went to Bunnings wanted 2 saddles would have to buy pack of 12 for around $12+. Went to Benton's sold me 2 for $2 no problem couldn't be more helpful.

        Customer service was very poor. I was abused after returning a damaged good then was advised there is a restocking fee for returning. So called mgr was not a person I would like to deal with as he abused me and would not negotiate at all then shoved me after I requested a breakdown of the goods I returned. Will never step into that store again and will advise family, friends and my builder never to step into Bentons Thomastown
