100% satisfied with the prompt service that I received. The customer service was exceptional and my booking was made to suit my work schedule, I'm used to having to wait for other tradies to turn up in a up to a 3 hour window!!! The tech turned up on time and made me feel so comfortable to use my stacker. Awesome service!!

This morning another tenant had driven into the gate that protects my car in the stacker. It was jammed and I needed to get to work. A quick call to the car stackers team and my tech arrived within 1/2 an hour, made some quick adjustments and I was on my way. Crisis averted and most responsive tradies ever !!!

I had an induction for parking my car reserved for 7am in the morning and nobody arrived to do the induction. It wasted almost 3-4 hrs of my day trying to follow-up as I had taken half day from work to attend the induction. And when I asked for a reason for such irresponsible and unprofessional attitude towards clients, their response was just a simple: 'We don't know what happened'. There is strong mismanagement from the operations side of the company. Soanyonegetting inducted

Car stacker has been broken for over 8 months. Called out 15+ times, unable to fix. Pretty much given up on it and them being able to fix it.
