I was called out to one of their clients. I was quite amazed how caring they are, how much they spoil their clients. They dont seem to care about the expense. I saw they had expensive electronic equipment for play and enjoyment with including sensory toys, I got sucked into a 2 minute karaoke session. Nothing wrong with the client lol she just wanted attention. Client says tummy upset but all food was well prepared, the fridge was clean, lots of food and soft drinks . Client was given snacks whilst waiting for dinner. The two staff were well qualified and chatted with me and had many years of NDIS experience. They talked to the client with dignity. I am thinking of suggesting my uncle to this Company. If I Could give one piece of advice, they give too much attention to client they need to take a step back. Hygiene: 11/10, professionalism : 11/10 , easy to deal with 11/10. I was also offered to eat dinner as I let the cat out of bed that I am so hungry. The carer made me a nice sandwich. It was my last shift so I was in no rush to go home. Good luck with your Easter program!!!
