My car visited twice for the same problem and still not fully fixed. I'm disappointed to be overcharged 5 labour hours ($187 each) after replacing a mass air flow part, which would take any mechanic less than an hour to do. They billed me the time spent diagnosing, and removing the wrong parts and putting them back. Such a cheap way to lose reputation and customer trust which I didn't expect based on previous reviews. An honest and a professional mechanic (or any other occupations) would not charge customer for time spent on the wrong direction. The learning and trial/error time should not be billed to customer, simple! Stewart suggested me to consider another workshop for the pending repair. I will, but I reserve my right to complain and reflect my experience in my reviews to warn other customers. Be careful of such practices and think twice before paying a visit to Peter lennox workshop.

The best customer service i have ever experienced!! My wipers were not working, Stewart told me to bring the car in, was fixed within 10min and they even fixed my key. Great customer service still exists.
