I have been so impressed with the customer support at Strapit. Recently I was at a conference where I won a pair of their kinesiology tape scissors but I was unable to take them in my carry on luggage on the flight. Brent offered to have them shipped to me in Brisbane at no cost. Thank you for the generous offer guys! I really wasn't expecting that.
