Bought festival ham at Coles, disgusting and over 60% fat, flavour very ordinary. So disappointed as this was our only Christmas ham and there wasn't enough as I had to throw most away

I but Bertocchi Bacon all the ime, beautiful and Australian. So I purchased a Smoked Ham last week from Coles and it was disgusting. Full of fat and had to throw away two thirds. Should've gone to the butcher. Won't be buying that again.

purchased the ham actually 3 of them as i have always purchased your ham this year 1 was raw yellow fat like jelly fat through out and blood in the centre shocking suprise for xmas did not expect it from your Company notice quite a few other bad reports you must have had a bad batch

We bought a leg ham from Coles. Just awful. Chewy and very fatty. So disappointed as Bertocchi was a family favourite. Won't be serving this leg for Christmas.

Extremely poor customer service at Bertocchi Smallgoods. I checked the time (1pm closed) before I travelled one hour to Thomastown to get there by 12.30pm due to traffic. As I entered I was told they are CLOSED and they have to clean the machines. Almost refused service. However, because I told them I have travelled one hour to get her they would only serve me smallgoods already cut. They refused to cut any of the cold meat for me because they had to clean the machines. As I was being served the manager then cleaned the machine and REFUSED to slice anything for me.....at 12.30pm. When another customer came in after me, they were happy to dirty the machine and slice the smallgoods for him. The time we spent arguing I could have received sliced smallgoods but manager refused to slice anything for me and told me they were closed at 12.30pm. DO NOT attend AFTER 12.30pm. I came home with unsliced smallgoods.
