Silver Bedding is a family business run by a Husband and Wife, who I can confidently say are some of kindest people I encountered on my long hunt to find a mattress. They were incredibly informative, helpful and generous throughout the entire process. I initially selected a mattress that felt alright in the warehouse but after sleeping on it for a couple of days I felt it was too hard, so after calling Kim and Tran (owners), they were more than happy to deliver the slightly softer model and swap them out ASAP with no issues. I've now had my mattress for over a month and it is extremely comfortable, offers great support and appears to be very durable. And I'm assured that if I were to have any issues with the mattress in future, all I would have to do is call Kim and Tran. Will be recommending this place to any and all people I know that need a mattress in future - way better than any big commercial store. Come here if you want a long-lasting mattress and great service.

Excellent. Family business. Genuine good warm service and explained about the mattress technology, whats good/not good and their quality materials used (better than the chain stores). Reasonably priced. Support the local business. I dont think Ill buy mattress from any chain stores again.

Wowie! What an experience! Kim looked after me and made sure I got the best quality for the best price that fit me! Top customer service with her mini heaters and fresh water during service. I have honestly been to so many mattress shops, but knowing my money is going into a family business, who genuinely care makes the purchase that much more special. Thank you so much ! I'll be back and I'll be telling others!
