Too noisy, ok as just a place to sit and pass time.

I really want to like this place but there are too many loud and irritating patrons shrieking at the top of their lungs. Also, like most other libraries in this area, this one has turned into a glorified daycare centre for kids. It is so noisy. Honestly, there are playgrounds and entertainment venues literally everywhere. Why do libraries now have to become a playground as well when their whole purposes is supposedly to be a comfortable place to read and study quietly?
