        We have had a connection issue for 6 months. Its still not fixed even after NBN and TPG techs came out and have had 3 different routers as well. I rang today and the case has been closed even though the disconnects are still occurring. The helpdesk staff can only do the basics and are of no help whatsoever. The engineers have no idea what's going on either. We have been with TPG for many years now. Sadly before NBN they were a good company but have become 5th rate now. Use this useless company at your peril!
