        Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice, the bar provided a comfortable setting to unwind and the crew/Vishal's hospitality was great. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore as well. Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value More

        Josie and Michelle at Excelcior were lovely and made me feel like family. They really went out of their way, providing the ultimate customer care and making sure I had everything I needed. I love the Nightcap beds. Like sleeping on clouds. And the huge shower heads really take out all the tension from driving. Lovely clean room with complimentary bottled water. It's handy having the hotel so close for meals and a Dan Murphy's on site. The rooms could be more soundproofed.

        Very bad experience, there are lice in the bed and we have got bitten multiple times. The management said they will follow up but there is no answer given. Would be nice if we get some reimbursement because no one wants to spend $800 for this kind of experience.
