        After leaving the Thomastown store my partner will make sure he never visits this store ever again. The man who served him was rude and arrogant and clearly showed that he was not in the mood to work. Unfortunately he did not represent the company well!! My partner simply wanted to find out how much the downjets cost individually and the customer attendant rudely responded with "work it out yourself". His entire attitude was disgusting, he just did not want to assist. If my partner had time to spare he would have happily left without having purchased anything. Not only that, the prices online differ from what was sold to us. Anyone visiting this store should be weary! Paltech your customer reps should not be treat paying customers like this at all!!
