Adriatic Furniture Thomastown

We ordered our couch like 2 months ago and they said shopping is on the way and we will get it between 6 to 8 weeks , we kept calling them and they kept saying in 2 weeks, now 2 months and they are still saying next 2-3 more weeks. Also the lady has no custom service skills, extremely rude on the phone , with manners with how to talk to customers, worst experience, will not go to this Thomas town branch.

Would definitely recommend purchasing furniture from here! We had a fantastic experience being served by Lilyana who not only gave us great styling advice but advice on all things furniture care and protection! She is extremely lovely and great to have a chat too as well! Would return to shop here for sure!
