Lucky Nuts

Terrible experience. Bought some pine nuts for Christmas which I later found out that Lucky had sourced from China (low grade but expensive) and ended up getting infected with pine mouth. Pine mouth makes everything you put in your mouth taste bitter and it lasts about 2 weeks. When I complained to customer service, they sent me a box of mixed nuts to compensate which was poorly packed and the packaging had ruptured in the postpac. I called the Managing Director of Lucky to express my discontent but had to leave a message, no one returned my call. I followed up five times and finally got transferred to their Operations Manager as the MD would not take the call. The Operations Manager was rude, ungracious and did not care, he just kept trying to get me off the phone and showed no compassion. Their quality of product is terrible, yet they charge a premium. I have no idea why the supermarkets keep stocking the product. I will never buy lucky again. Buyer Beware!
