Overall fence not too bad... but, poor customer service, nothing agreed to or responded to in writing. We had issues with what we told them and what was delivered. Electric gate and track still has issues - was not laid properly or straight, does not open all the way as the rolling gate comes off motor wheel. Gate furniture was bent as they did not measure distance between rolling gate and feature gate, all posts starting to crack now (not sure if they used treated pine). Treated my wife with rudeness.

We had electric gates built approximately 4years ago as well as a decking done . Beautiful job done workmanship faultless . Problem though no after sales support . I emailed you and got the reply . Grant has left company and the supplier of the Electric gate motor only does local service calls. Sad as happy to get the job but you aren't happy to do services on products that you supplied. I am sure if a neighbor wanted a job done it wouldn't be an issue.

Had one fence built and another repaired on a corner block 8 years ago. Very happy at the time and still happy Still gets many positive comments from passers by and still looks great. Have even had people knock on my door to find out details. Quality control was excellent. Can't speak highly enough of them.
