The service we received today was absolutely atrocious we had to wait 1 hour for our food and we didnt even get what we ordered. The works there have no idea what they are doing and the manager was refusing to give people refunds. The food was cold and inedible. Ive never been to a restaurant that was this appalling. Some of the workers need to be replaced, otherwise there will be a lot of disappointment customers. I highly doubt that I will be returning or recommending Carls Jr Thomastown to anyone

Great service and food tonight in the drive thru and a shout out to the workers my partner and myself saw looking out and showing strong support with a positive attitude for a potential junior member working and learning to use one of the milkshake machines near the service window, it was fantastic to see what looked to be a strong team working so well together on a busy Friday night. Hats off to that crew!
