        My order never arrived, "lost in transit" apparently. No response to my enquiries from SBP, no refund offered. Disappointing, I suggest shop elsewhere. Update 27/04/2023: I have since received a full refund from SBP, so due credit to them for that.

        After using SBP for some time and ordering products regularly I was extremely disappointed with my recent dealings. Poor customer service and unable to organise basic requests. I found a new local supplier with better pricing.
