        Very poor customer service. Shaun sent a message to everyone enrolled in his Perth program Jan 2023 asking for feedback - good or bad. I replied with some negative feedback regarding my sons day. Shaun Brown himself rang my phone and asked questions regarding the situation, I then explained what had happened during the day. He was furious and demanded to speak to my 12 year old on loudspeaker asking for his reasons for the negative feedback. A grown man interrogating a child and answering the questions he asked exactly how he wanted to hear them and not accepting or owning any information that he had requested was quite disgusting. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Shaun Brown is a rude arrogant man.

        My son loves it there with great feed back. It was all he could talk about for the night. His coach deepsimar Singh was brilliant and gave a lot of new skills.
