        Very disappointed. If it werent for the other good reviews, I would have thought Id been scammed. Its been 5 weeks and I have not received the products. I have emailed Nellies through the email on the website 3 times and called the 1800 number and nobody has gotten back to me. I hope I can at least get a refund. Very sad. Would not recommend.

        Product is fantastic but the shipping company they used was atrocious, tracking showed delivery due today two days running and finally it arrived on the third day. Contacted Aramax couriers and they were of no help whatsoever.

        Im very pleased with my Nellie WOW mop, so much so, I have introduced it to my family and friends. To date, three of them have purchased the Nellie WOW mop and like me, theyre very happy with how easy it is to use. Its wonderful for all floor surfaces especially tiled areas.
