Very bad staff. He was teaching me business in loud language around 4pm today. He should learn costumer dealing first. I went out in 30 sec. Very bad experience. Never to go there again.

I had spoken to Tapan regarding my carpet needs for my newly constructed home. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and even came to the property at a time that suited my needs and not his (even though I didn't think they would come that late, but he did) so I had decided to go with them, after extensive research. I am so happy that I did as Tapan really looked after me with the pricing (really awesome quote compared to other trusted retailers and even against smaller retailer's), and not only that, but had the carpet installed today and the the installers were amazing and did an amazing job. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Had I known they were this good, I would have had them do my timber floor boards as well. I didn't seek their assistance with this initially as I thought they would be more expensive, but after Tapan had attend my property to complete the measurements and provide a quite/estimate for my carpets, he provided advice on what my timber flooring guys should be doing/materials that should be used and costs, which was not far off to what I had been quoted even thought they weren't doing this job, which I really appreciated. I can't say thank you enough to Tapan and the team at Carpetcourt Thomastown. I hadn't had great experiences with other flooring companies prior where they jumped up quotes (even though it was within the quoted time frames), didn't seem to know a lot of things, but Tapan and the Carpetcourt team really made me fell at ease. For those who know me, I am really picky and demanding, lol, but these guys tailored to my every needs, let me borrow as many samples as I needed (had 10 in one day, lol), which say a lot about them. Thank you soooooo much once again Tapan and the Carpetcourt team in Thomastown. You have restored my faith in customer service and even more importantly, that a great/awesome product could be provided at an affordable cost. Regards Ghislain
