*Update* We were contacted about replacing the blind that needed repairing , I didnt catch the gentlemans name ( perhaps the owner ) but he came before work and picked up the blind and came back after work to install it which was appreciated. Ive changed my rating to a four as we love the quality of the product which doesnt reflect on the level of customer service we received in the beginning. Great service initially , customer service after first appointment was very poor. Delays ( which we know cant be helped) but if you cant guarantee things to be installed by certain date you shouldnt promise . Overall happy with product but we are still waiting for a blind to be replaced which we were told someone would be coming out to do on the third ( which they didnt and havent heard anything) Sick of chasing things up and having to ring constantly to see whats happening.
