I took my mother to Bevmarks Thomastown to buy a new bed and she found the bed for her with the help of Qaz. He was so helpful and knowledgeable that it made the whole experience so easy.

I'm suffering from putting up with a mattress I bought from Bevmarks. I wanted a medium firmness mattress, but sales guy picked the wrong mattress on my order (plush - soft). I didn't check the order slip. After sleeping on my mattress months later, and it was saggy and soft, it was too late to do anything or change it. I refused to spend another $1000 and put up with this mattress for years. Double check your invoice.

Avoid if you can. We bought a bed for my son at the THomastown store. It broke within two weeks. It took the store two months to organise a replacement. The replacement has broken now. Poor quality, poor service, not worth the trouble.

After comparing mattresses from Harvey Norman, Rise and Shine and BevMarks. The customer service at BevMarks outshined them all. Mark was phenomenal in listening to my concerns with my chronic pain, and with Matthews help took photos and explained my alignment on different mattresses. No question was too silly, and thoroughly explained to cover every aspect of the purchase. Will be reccomending our friends to see Mark. Thank you so so much for your amazing customer service!

Told me the delivery will arrive before Christmas as they had the items in stock (purchase made on black Friday). That was the condition i made the purchase. Received half the delivery two days before Christmas after many phone calls. When they arrived one of the tall boys was damaged (wasnt painted properly with half of it gloss and the other half of it matt and grainy). Also there was a hole on the inside of the top draw (thats normal too) It is now Feb and i still havent received the other half of my items. Today i was told that the faulty item might not be replaced because apparently it is normal to have two different textures. So now im waiting till Monday to see what happens what happens with the exchange and when i will receive my other two tall boys.
