        Worst experience. Very bad customer service by Helen at the teller. Should get someone professional who knows how to deal with customer. She is very rude and cannot talk properly

        Waited there for 30 minutes at teller they couldn't Give me my bank details for online banking went to the front they didn't help me either worst service I've eve had never going there again and I'll be changing banks pethetic

        Went there to open an account, provided everything needed and still after a week account not active. Wrong information given to apply for a credit card... A waste of time sorry

        The most worst experience in this branch. Keran and indain girls nd onther Karen in branch they discuss home matters with each other for 20 minutes and customers wanting. Unbelievable. Please never go this branch. I hope manger take some action..never come again. Glasses lady keran v rude
