Especially the blonde East European lady does definitely not know how to deal with customers in a polite manner and on top of that she doesn't know how to make coffee either!!!
Oh Kristina, good to see that you took your time to write such a beautiful long text.
But unfortunately it just shows that you're not only rude and arrogant but that you're not very good at telling true facts.
Firstly, I'm very happy not to pick up from you anymore and to get disrespected again.
The true story is this. I was waiting for almost 20mins for 1 order and while I was waiting 2 new orders came in.
Do you really expect a driver to wait 20mins for an order and not take the other 2? I mean are you going to pay the driver for the time he was waiting and the 2 orders that he loses because you're not able to get them ready on time? No you definitely won't and the truth is that you don't care about drivers waiting, earning or not earning money. You only care about your customers because obviously that's where your own wage comes from.
You were not polite for 1 second and I have seen this arrogant behaviour from you towards drivers several times whenever I came to pick up.
You should treat drivers the same way you treat your customers and not think that you're superior just because you give them items to deliver. Remember that drivers also help you to make your customers happy, so please have a minimum of respect for them.
Now to claim that I don't care about customers is not true either, because not one single customer has complained to Uber about my delivery being cold or me being rude. Unlike your staff that has been criticised many times.
Of course I care about customers and their deliveries but at the same time I also have to make sure that I don't waste my time and earn some money.
Never experienced such a disrespect in any restaurant, caf ...
I just hope that you change your arrogant attitude towards drivers in the future.
