Bell Collision - Smash Repairs Thomastown

Extremely unorganised business! Had my vehicle towed away to them to get fixed. Got a message we willl quote you within 24-48hours. Its been over a WEEK now they had my vehicle and every time we have rang them you get the same answer Theyre checking it next and someone will ring you shortly We have called them over 10times in the past week and had only the response above and going nowhere with the repairs- if we have known prior this is gonna happen I would have not nominated them at all. Extremely dissapointed!!

My insurance company took nearly five months to process my claim even though I wasnt at fault. Thanks to Zandra and Marys persistence it finally got approved for repairs. Amazing customer service from the whole team. The experience felt like I was part of the family. Thank you George Zandra and Mary for all your help.
