        The Good Guys is fantastic every store I've been into has good products helpful staff and decent pricing.

        Shop experience was good. but, Delivery was really bad. I had a premium delivery and the guys turned my fridge on with all shelves including freezer compartments taped with hard sticky tapes(which they used for safe transport). I had really hard time removing the frozen tapes and they didn't come off completely. Now the shelves look terrible .

        Pathetic experience at good guys Thomastown yesterday around 5.15pm. There is no one ready to assist customer. Daniel C assisted me and informed me they don't have a product I am after. He checked other store northland and ask me to go to northland and paid at Thomastown good guys. With my sales invoice I went to Northland good guys , they said they don't have that product. This is worse experience from Good guys Thomastown, where I spend time and travelling to get product from them and they lost my trust. A regular shopper like me gets treated like this , I can't imagine how they treat other customers.

        Unfortunately - Consumers beware. Additional product warranty added to overall cost without customer knowledge or consent. Staff was also not overly forthcoming with the value ($49) or the details of the warranty. Maybe Consumer Affairs should know about this practice.
