Med1 Clinic Templestowe - Bulk Billing GP Family Clinic

Im new to Melbourne, was looking for a new GP to help me look after a chronic condition Ive had since I was 10. (Im 31 now) got told I didnt have enough proof and if Im desperate for the medication I need to live go back to my regular GP (in country Victoria) to get what I need Unbelievably terrible service! I thought Melbourne was meant to have better services then country VIC! Im just going to try another clinic! Surely it cant be hard to be better then this!!

one of the worst experiences/interaction I've had here. I had to ask the doctor a lot of questions because it was difficult to understand him, he was impatient and became irritated at the fact that I brought up another problem. He proceeded to tell me that I'm bringing too many problems to this one standard session, (even though it was something that barely took him two minutes to answer). He told me to book two appointments next time, (the entire session went for 10minutes max?) Cherry on top was that everything he prescribed did not help, I went to another doctor, he got me something else that helped my condition. I've been with this clinic for half a year now, this has been the most disappointing experience by far.

Bad experience. The old lady at the reception is very offensive and rude.
