        Very happy with Amplifon Taylors Lakes. Great Customer service throughout. The Audiologist Dr Dharshan is thorough and patient. He explained everything clearly, and offered my wife the best suitable options, without being pushy.

        The receptionist lady was extremely rude. I booked in for my partner as he could not hear properly and his ears were hurting, the receptionist told him that he cannot come here and go to the gp instead, after telling the lady he could not hear properly she told him to leave and go somewhere else and would not let him through to see the hearing doctor. Absolutely ridiculous what a joke this receptionist should get fired. What kind of customer service is this? Cant believe she turned down a client that simply wanted to do a check up for his hearing.

        Audiologists and receptionist professional and courteous. Enjoyed my consultations at a pleasant ambience. Back after 4 years for an upgrade, again the AUDIOLOGIST DR. DHARSHAN GAVANSKAR, gets it right the first time every time. Simply Amazing Service.
