I have been receiving Bowen Therapy for a few years now, and find the results at Alternative Creative amazing! Each time I have had a Bowen Therapy session, my back pain goes away and I feel so much more relaxed and ready to take on the world! I cannot live without my regular Bowen sessions as it is so gentle and easing on the body and I have not found other forms of body-work that gives my back pain the same relief. Thank you so much.

Carole is a lovely and understanding practitioner/healer and I am finding Bowen Therapy is helping with a variety of health problems eg. neck pain and headaches, poor immunity and circulation problems. I find the gentle, whole-body, whole-person approach of Bowen to be both enjoyable and effective. I would highly recommend Bowen Therapy with Carole to anyone!
