        Tough climb to the top from neds campground but well worth the views and picnic we had up top. Followed the ridge to north jawbone which thankfully had directional arrows at regular intervals. Then completed the loop via cook's campground. Great day's walk but not for the feint of heart.

        The good steady climb from the Ned's Gully Campground to Cathedral North Peak in the Cathedral Range is rewarded with spectacular views across the Acheron River valley. Ensure youre carrying enough water for several hours and a decent snack because by the time you reach the top youll need both!
