Very bad experience. We cannot believe them. Always try to get things in writing.

Be careful not to point out any legal obligations ANZ isn't abiding by because you'll get your head bitten off. I simply asked Angela if i could speak to her about it and she bit my head off and denied everything, than started raising her voice and got very emotional when i showed her the letter from ANZ saying they're garnishing my account from an organization that had also told us both over the phone that it needs to stop immediately because it had nothing to do with them. She than said they wasn't holding my funds than got angry and told me to leave the bank when i asked her for my current account balance and showed her where they're (ANZ) is holding my funds. Tried to explain to her $10,000 is a lot of money for me and she replied 'Big deal, has nothing to do with me'. Very nasty attitude and i suggest she leave the job if she can't handle the pressure and doesn't care about people's money.

I have found the staff at ANZ Bank in Swan Hill very good to work with. Angela Galluccio in particular does a great job!
