My project was dead in the waters until Maggie came on board and helped bridge the communication gap between me (just a local here in Whitehorse trying to build a home for my family) and the council (bureaucrats). Sometimes you just need someone who can speak the same language as these council bureaucrats, that can really get to the bottom of the reasoning for their decisions. Highly recommend if your project is stuck in Whitehorse to give Maggie a call.

Had the unfortunate situation of needing an independent town planner to represent me at VCAT. Unfortuantely, found Maggie who did an absolute sensational job on my behalf at VCAT, her knowledge about the process was superb and her conduct during the meeting was fantastic. Not only did she represent my future home fantastically, she was also extremely prepared and diligent prior to the hearing, She was well priced for her service and would highly recommend using her for any VCAT town planning requirements Thank you Maggie and Dinan for your hard work

We have been involved with many Council applications which have always gone to VCAT, which has cost a significant amount of money. We were very pleased with your positive approach and looking at the detail, to all our surprise we only needed a Council letter to agree that we could operate our business in Manningham. The letter we received today from Council, agreeing we could operate our business, is exactly 2 weeks after submitting our request. Which is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend PIM that is fully conversant with the planning controls/ parameters and constraints. PIM team is hands-on and ensured that interests and project intent of the client were both realistic and achievable. PIM expeditiously prepared and managed the planning application with a successful result. PIM provided regular updates on progress and was in periodic contact with the responsible authority to clarify any matters that could have caused delays. Would highly recommend PIM that would optimize the client's project brief/ opportunities within the regulatory framework.

I'm enormously grateful for Maggie's expertise and support. When it comes to property development you need someone in your corner and from the minute I first spoke to Maggie I knew I had to have her on my team. She offers creative solutions and a valuable alternative view to council. Town planners are another expense, but you cannot afford not to recruit PIM. Consider it an investment.
