Dr Ryan did my son adenoids and tonsillitis operation nearly 3 years ago and Im happy going with her again for my daughters operation.

Dr Caroline Ryan was very kind to offer us a cancellation for surgery she was doing the next morning. We took up the offer rather than wait a few months. Her receptionist at Whittlesea was extremely helpful & communicated through email up to 9pm that night if needed to sort out paperwork etc. Surgery went well & his sleep breathing is better even during this recovery stage. Her follow up the morning after surgery was informative too. I am thankful for her work ethic & found her to be informative

She's a QUACK. Service stops once she has your money and trying to chase her is impossible because you can't contact her directly, it all goes through an organisation called ENT doctors and going through them nothing ever gets done. Her sergical skills are also questionable, my daughter's stitches fell out within two hours of coming out of surgery. We had been sent home by this stage so we contacted the hospital (as she sees to it that patients can't contact her directly) and told them what had happened. They said they would get on to Carolyn Ryan and get her to contact us. 7hrs later and after having called the hospital 3 more times, she finally got back to me (with an attitude that made it clear I was just an inconvenience to her) and did little more than pay me lip service to get me off the phone. It's now been over a week since the procedure and over 2 weeks since I paid her and I'm STILL chasing her to get my Medicare and health insurance rebates processed. I told them I'd just do it myself as it all seems to hard for them but they won't give me a receipt with the necessary item numbers to enable me to do that.
