Feel I need more stars to be able to rate accordingly! Dr Ales Aliashkevich has provided me with fantastic treatment and support over the last 4 years. His expert knowledge has been invaluable. Thank you to everyone, as this was a life saving experience for me. Dr Ales Aliashkevich was outstanding, from his knowledge and expertise to his bedside manner and humility. I had a L3/4, L4/5 and L5/S1 anterior inter-body fusion and cannot praise Dr Ales and Dr Matthew Claydon and his team highly enough. The Epworth Richmond was pleasant and professional as you would expect. Every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I cannot fault the care and kindness I received whilst undergoing surgery and then at my follow up appointment. The staff were gentle and efficient, Dr Ales explained everything before the surgery and put me at ease. The facilities were second to none and 6 weeks later I feel more human than I ever did before. Little to no pain only positive thoughts and plans, and many many grateful thanks to everyone involved from surgeons and reception staff Peggy and Sue & Shanalee and the nurses and hospital & rehab staff updated from previous review. I was very pleased with my experience and care with Dr Ales Aliashkevich and his staff! It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. Brilliant neurologist. Dr Aliashkevich had done the spinal surgery operation for my mom 2 months ago. My mom was having 10/10 pain before surgery and we really appreciate for Dr Ales and Shanalees help as the appointment was booked urgently for the operation to be done in the next 2 days. She was uninsured patient and Dr Ales was genuinely caring, polite and provided helpful professional advice. The surgery cost is affordable and very reasonable. Mom is now recovering very well and she barely has any pain with her back now. Thanks!

Dr Ales, was faultless and I'm so glad I went with him after meeting with many other neurosurgeons. He makes the time to discuss and share information and has such a calm and confident approach. I would strongly recommend him without hesitation.
