Worst real Estate ever, we have been living for more then 8yrs in a house with no heating. Asked them to fix it they did not left us with no choice but to move out. These pple just think about there rent and whenever anything needs fixing in the house they never come to an solution. Wish I could give zero stars. Think twice before you sign papers with them.

Shonky traders. Renters beware! I am owed money for rent left on the account after leaving a rental property, they lack knowledge around the changes to the RTA. Still no repayment, contact or outcome 4 months later.

Tenants beware... this real estate provider is dodgy and negligent, and should not have a license to operate. Where do I begin. I moved into a house in April, and from the beginning there were some bad signs... I should have listened to my gut. I've rented several properties over time, and have never had such a horrible experience. Phillip Lam is the rental manager, and in my opinion he is unprofessional and inconsiderate of renters. He never responds to email, only communicates via phone calls (I'm guessing so there is no paper trail). He broke so many tenancy laws with me and I despair to think of how he has treated other tenants who are vulnerable or non-native English speakers. These are the issues that I experienced: -Sensor system left on making loud constant beeping noise which affected my sleep- I asked 4 times and it was finally switched off 3 weeks after I moved in -The oven was not working from the day I moved in until the day I decided to leave 8 weeks later (I asked 3 times with no action taken) -Gas heater not in safe condition and not installed properly which left gas fumes to freely enter my home. Broken glass and excessive dust too. I hired a gas plumber myself, and they were appalled at the condition of the heater and disconnected the heater immediately. -Manhole cover mysteriously went missing after I inspected the property which left me staring up into the darkness every time I went to the loo. -I was not provided with a condition report until 3 weeks after I moved in (by law you are meant to receive it before or on the day that you move in). -Mesh missing on both security doors which were never repaired. The whole situation has caused me a lot of grief and stress, as well as financial difficulty from having to move again. Please do not rent through GL Lee, they are criminals and their negligence may just kill you! They are taking me to VCAT- I say good luck to em!
