While walking in I thought the bad reviews was a over exaggeration, but when I went up to one of the green booths to check in the lady was disrespectful and had the worst attitude. If she really didnt wanna be here then she shouldnt of come to work and portray the negativity energy on to other clients.

Traumatic experience. Staff are obscenely rude, and show as much compassion as a nuclear missile. It is so unfair to subject those of us who are struggling financially to the dead eyed stares and hostility of staff who clearly disdain welfare recipients. My daughter was attempting to apply for youth allowance as I am a disabled pensioner so don't have the resources to support her financially. First visit we were given incorrect information, the second visit had my daughter crying her eyes out. The third visit I very calmy and politely explained the mistake to the woman who had originally misinformed us so as to prevent another person having this experience. Her response was cold, disrespectful and cruel. How dare you use the poor for a paycheck while traumatizing disabled and vulnerable citizens. If you feel such disgust toward welfare recipients, please find more appropriate employment. I should not be psychologically harmed by intetacting with Centrelink. This is outrageous.
