        I just want to buy a computer and they make it very hard for me. Can't send a computer to a store from the warehouse to pay for it in person at the store. Literally making no effort to help me. Basically I have to take my 5k somewhere else because of how unhelpful their payment/pickup system is.

        Brought my PC for diagnosis and cable management. Two weeks later they found the problem, we discussed it on the phone and brought an resolution. Two days later on pick-up my PC looks great. Will change to 5 stars after a thorough check.
