Appalling service they wouldnt return my phone calls and even after previous purchase definitely would not recommend dealing with them as there are plenty of alternatives

Absolutely deplorable after sale service. Little to no communication once the money was in your hand. Including 2 ignored phone calls. A single delivery driver arrived at my address with the intention of 4 men moving the timber later that night. Delivery driver swearing at my partner who is currently 6 months pregnant.. Just them two unloaded the timber. To put in perspective of what was unloaded, it was a 4 x 1 metre red gum weighing around the 200 kilo mark resulting in a dint being put in the wall of our brand new house. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received..

Absolute champions here at Jaks Timber. I dropped in without calling and the timber I wanted was tucked behind other stacks in the worst possible spot (only about 5 metres of dressed Messmate for a console table). I suggested coming back, but they guys saved the day finding and thicknessing some beautiful substitutes for me. Well and truly above and beyond service that I couldn't be more grateful for. I already wanted to recommend highly for their range of stock which is excellent. The amazing service just kicks this place up to the next level. Thank you!
