        We got a problem every time when they change coordinator. they do charge extra fee if you need to book in the same day services. and wont let you canceled when you really dont need it. They only want charging more fees. We are working parents and so hard to manage kids school hours, thats why we need OSHCLUB but unfortunately they are not reasonable and make us hard time :(

        The worst. Lack of compassion, all about the money and keep putting their fees up. Shocking cancelation policy even if you give more than 24 hours. Senior management promise to email and follow up on complaints but never do. Staff dont seem motivated and happy and its the kids and parents who suffer. Now have no choice but seek an alternative being full time working parents.
