Very disappointed today. Been in the house 2 weeks and serious issues not being addressed. So far Anchor have been responsive to (quite a lot of) other issues, though slow (we are a fair way away) but today the owner was dismissive and unprofessional in his response to our concerns, quite the opposite to how he was to us in person on site here yesterday. Up in limbo with this issue now. Building a house is one of the most important decisions in ones life - good, responsive follow up customer service on a huge outlay like this should be a given. Unfortunately, we went with Anchor as my first choice wasnt available at the time. I wish Id waited.

Why would you purchase a prefab home that takes over 6 months to complete.The builders seem to be more interested in social media than anything else.

On line virtual inspections are very good but seeing the actual completed 'building/design' at STRATFORD is well worth it.
