I am utterly disgusted by this business, in particular, Bruce Mc Ilvride, whom I phoned earlier today to inquire about the property at Newington road that is for rent.
As he was speaking, his phone started to lose coverage and i couldn't hear him correctly. I said, "Sorry mate, but you're dropping out, I can't quite hear you properly.", he informed me in no uncertain terms that I was NOT his mate, and should not call him as such!
As I sat in stunned silence listening to what was an unintelligible phone call as I didn't dare say that I couldn't hear him properly again. All I could come up with at the end of the phone call, was, "I'm very sorry but I think I'd rather rent through a different agent now.". As I was hanging up I could finally hear him properly, and it wasn't kind.
I feel bad for the owners at Newington road as I have a lovely family of 4, with 2 employed adults, looking to rent for an extended period, up to 10years if possible, and he just lost brilliant tenants through being a judgemental so and so for no apparent reason.
Disgusted.
