As soon as we opened the door we were overwhelmed with a dog barking like crazy in a room to the to the left, also overwhelmed with the smell of mould. Service wasn't very good, didn't have soup, and was very rude when telling me ( we don't make it cause we don't get enough customers) fair enough but be a bit nicer when dealing with new customers, staff weren't very welcoming at all. Food was extremely overpriced. My husband's chicken burger looked like it was cooked in old oil. No drink or dessert is offered with kid's meals like in most pubs. Had to buy individual drinks because they don't offer jugs. The ice was freezer burnt.. We had to wait for the coffee machine to be turned on, though it was 1 hour into service. We had seated ourselves and had to ask for cutlery after our meals arrived. I understand it's a small town and you need to make a living but please a smile doesn't cost anything. And bad customer service is not the best thing to have when you're struggling for customers.
