My wife and I have had to go into the Stawell office on several occasions over the last couple of years. We have always found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and always happy to assist us. We have always had our matters dealt with efficiently and resolved. Well done!

The guard at door would not tell me if the office had Medicare services. Then I had to answer his Covid screening questions to enter the office. I proceeded to reception desk and had to give my contact details before I was advised that NO, we do not provide Medicare. Could go to Ararat or Horsham.

The customer service officers at Stawell Centrelink have gone above and beyond to assist my sister. In particular Matt, Hayley and Megan are nothing short of amazing. Thank you so much. My only criticism of this business would be to suggest that the covid guard at the door be upskilled in dealing with the public. He is the person everyone who walks in has to deal with and as far as first impressions go, he is not ideal and gives people a bad impression of the place. I found him surly, unwelcoming, slovenly and somewhat over-assertive. Could someone please suggest he tone it down a little. Thanks for everything.
