I got a T-bone steak and veg with mashed potatoes - the steak, although cooked to medium rare, had no juiciness to it, it almost tasted like bad jerky, it was also as hard as a rock. The chips were the best thing on the plate, the mashed potatoes had the taste of freezer burn or a fridge that has never been cleaned, ice cold in the center and steaming on the outside, obviously reheated in the microwave.
My dad had a burger, which he didn't finish.
My aunt had a chicken Parma, which they got wrong. Even then it was burnt to a crisp, black edges, bland and rock hard.
It was the most disgusting meal I have had in quite a long time.
This was on Christmas Eve 2022
I'll never be back if I can help it.
