I love Dr. Battat, & his beautiful wife. They are the kindest people, & Dr. Battat has been an incredible Doctor in regards with my mental health issues.

Today I attempted making an appointment with Chapel Street Medical Center to be seen at this practice which is closer to my new home. I am deeply disappointed by the service provided as I have been refused access to a Doctor on the basis that the Doctor there does not make face to face visits when patients have a viral infection. Not only does it make me wonder when have Doctors decided not to do their job but is also extremely worrying to see a practice where medical receptionnists make medical assessements in lieu of a Doctor (as I was assessed by the receptionnist calling me after I made the appointment to ask me what was bringing me there today..).This practice is negligent and does not fulfill its duty of care. I then booked an appointment some place else where doctors are actually willing to help patients and don't pick and choose.

I have been seeing Dr Battat for some time now. He is the kindest, most caring doctor Ive ever come across. But more importantly, I trust in his extensive medical knowledge and wealth of experience in the field of medicine, along with his holistic approaches. I feel in good hands under Dr Battats care, and this extends to his lovely kind receptionists too.
