        Purchased a unit at St Kilda in April 2023. We are interstate buyers from NSW and did everything remotely. Our first offer fell through and then we signed another contract. Pierce from RET guided us through the whole process. And was a great advocate for us. He gave us appropriate advice abd had our best interests at heart. Can't recommend highly enough. If we end up buying in Victoria we will definitely use him.
