        Charles is an absolute magician! I booked a session with him to see how well osteopathy would suit me for my neck and shoulder issues which were going on for many years. I'm most happy that I did. Right from the start, Charles properly understood what my needs were. He was clear and up front about how many sessions to expect to achieve recovery, and the genuineness with which he explained what he was doing gave me lots of confidence in the healing process. The exercises and tips he gave me helped a ton too. By the end of the treatment plan, I felt fully healed. Moreover I feel equipped with tools on how to maintain my neck and shoulder. The front desk staff were also always very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

        Friendly and professional osteopaths. I can recommend Sarah and Nicola. Both are really good and experienced with cupping and needling, which is really helpful for back and neck pain
