Had my new home purchase inspected by Safehome. Staff attended on time and discussed the process and what was to occur. They provided a comprehensive report on the house for building and pest. Gave me real peace of mind in moving forward with my purchase and confidence that I was fully aware of the house condition and any major issues. Staff were really friendly and discussions during the reporting process gave me a greater insight into the inspection process. Good service and highly recommended.

After purchasing my house I became aware of sloping in areas of the floor and movement in the flooring when walking across the house. Concerned that I may have bought a house with a structural defects I contacted Safe Homes to conduct a building inspection, which was able to be arranged for the following day. I could not speak more highly of Peter: He arrived on time and was thorough, professional and polite. At the time of the inspection he gave me a verbal overview of the situation, and then emailed a comprehensive written report a few hours later. He explained things in a way that was easily understood by someone without any construction / building knowledge, and he was happy to answer any questions that I had. Thankfully my concerns about the structural integrity of my house were unfounded. I will certainly arrange for Safe Homes to do a pre-inspection before I purchase my next house and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Peter and Doug. My experience with them was exceptional! My partner and I recently needed someone to conduct a pre-purchase inspection for us. We did a lot of research and found lot of good reviews about Safehome inspection. Therefore, we decided to give Safehome a go! Peter and Doug were very helpful, genuine, patient and professional. Peter kept me informed about the whole process of getting a pre-purchase inspection. From getting a free quote, making appointment with the selling agent, organising a house inspection, sending us the report and following up our queries about the report Peter kept us well-informed. I received a timely but comprehensive report on the same day of the inspection. The inspection report was thorough and comprehensive. Doug spent lot of time explaining everything patiently in detail. They also made follow up phone calls and emails to ensure that all my questions and queries were completely answered. Thank you guys!
