3.5 / 5 $40 per person is not bad for a huge spread on Saturday evening, and the buffet also includes String Hoppers and Hoppers (Apams). Honestly, for that price you can only praise this place, and not complain, except 1 thing, they either take too long to refill what's over or simply don't refill. So be ready to miss something that you either wanted for round 2 or haven't got a chance to try. Their Watalappan (coconut milk and palm jaggery steamed pudding is to die for.

Wow! Very impressed. My first experience having Sri Lankan food from this type of restaurant. I loved the food. Especially the hoppers and lamb curry. The Mars bar cake was delicious! Would definitely return. Friendly and helpful staff too.

OVERHYPED RESTAURANT & AVERAGE SRI LANKAN FOOD. Food they had on Saturday (26th Feb) buffet is not even average. Its bad, no taste at all. The beef curry was burnt and other items were bland. For $40 per person its a pathetic buffet with cheap selection. Hoppers were good but its a long queue which ruins your appetite. Desert section was a disaster. The music they play is so loud and you cant even talk with the people at your table without screaming.I would say this place is more driven for 70s,80s born uncles and aunties and their sons and daughters who enjoy and gather for a catch up. As a Sri Lankan imagine going to a overcrowded wedding with chest pumping LOUD music. Thats what it is. Staff is nice and friendly. They do there best, its all about management and unorganised operation. And trust me anyone who says food is tasty in the comments, they dont know what they are talking about. You can find plenty of good Sri Lankan food in Melbourne now. This is not the place for it. This is an EXTREMELY POPULAR PLACE BUT DIDNT LIVE UP TO THE HYPE. But anyone who like that chaotic vibe and dancing to loud ear aching music after getting drunk will love this place.
