Four amazing weeks! From 23.12.17-20.1.18 we visited our daughter in melbourne. Via internet We booked the airbnb of Colin and Chung in St. kilda. Absolutely great! Colon picked us up from the airport and shortly after we could finally see this wonderful and unique house. We felt like being in "old England". Our room and own bathroom were as perfect as the rest if the house. We had delicious breakfast in the living room with meal area and could use the kitchen as well. We felt like being at home immediately. Chung and Colin are amazing hosts, friendly, kind, helpful, warm and full of advice on how to experience and see the best Melbourne has to offer which not every normal tourist may have on their list. The houses location is ideal, public transport only a few minutes walking distance away and with a weekly pass for 43$ for bus tram and train quite cheap. The city and beach is reachable in about 15minutes or less that way. Also within walking distance are two big supermarkets, a butcher, banks, bakery, post office, ... It was an absolute fabulous vacation and we are so thankful to have been with Chung abd Colin. We'll be back! Martina and Dieter, Germany
