Volunteer Fire Station. On-Call 24/7. The C.F.A could not operate without the vast numbers of volunteer Fire Brigades and the thousands of highly trained volunteers both rural and urban. Many stations of course are manned by full-time staff as well, in the more populated areas. The volunteers at St Andrews have been protecting the area for many decades and have evolved into a very highly trained unit, with highly sophisticated modern fire trucks, as opposed to the much older basic appliances. Keep up the good work.
